Our leader, great men and a founder of Synco concept, Fred Heuves (foto with a Mayor of Novi Sad Igor Pavlicic), was handed the highest honor - the liftime Contribution Award from Total Production International (TPi) Awards.

In past three years Fred invested a lot of time and energy to get Synco concept into the Exit festival, because it's already present in the most successful festivals in Europe: Pinkpop, Glastonbury, WOMAD, North Sea Jazz fest ... Beside the best ever made techical support available in Europe, and implementation of new highest standards, main reasons for that are also - better position of the Exit festival among the rest of the european festivals, at the same time, a better audience caller, of course; more energy efficacy means, less need of power for better effects, pressure and sound, which is the main known strength of the Synco group.

It was great disappointment for whole industry who carefully follow the negotiations, that conscience of people here is not ready for such changes. Nasem vodji, velikom coveku i osnivacu Synco koncepta, Fred Heuves (na slici sa Gradonacelnikom Novog Sada Igorom Pavlicicem), ukazana je najveca pocast - nagrada za zivotno delo organizacije Total Production International (TPi).

U protekle tri godine, Fred je ulozio mnogo vremena i truda da Synco koncept implementira i u Exit festival (do 2009 prisutan jedino na Fusion stage-u, pored Muzeja na tvrdjavi) jer je vec prisutan na najuspesnijim festivalima Evrope: Pinkpop, Glastonbury, WOMAD, North Sea Jazz fest... Pored  najkvalitetnije vrhunske tehnike dostupne u Evropi i uvodjenja novih najvisih standarda, puno je razloga za to: bolja pozicioniranost Exit festivala medju evropskim festivalima, samim tim i veca posecenost naravno; veca energetska efikasnost koja se najvise ogleda u manjoj potrosnji energije, a zauzvrat vecem ucinku u smislu boljih efekata, veceg zvucnog pritiska i cistijeg zvuka uopste, sto je i najveca osobina Synco koncepta.

Na zalost, svest ljudi ovde jos uvek nije spremna za ovakve promene. tako posle Chris Rea u Beogradskom centru Sava, Mikser festivala na Dorcolu, sacekacemo neko novo pravo mesto i prave saradnike da ponovo demonstriramo mogucnosti nase savrsene produkcije - a sledeca prilika da se u to uverite je ...
